Colour is a light straw with a greenish hue showing excellent bottle ageing characteristics. Flavours such as tart lychee and green apple have a lingering full palate flavour. Will continue to cellar well for several years out of light at a constant 12ºC.

A late picked traditional un-oaked chardonnay. Colour is straw with a greenish hue, excellent tropical fruit nose. On the palate, honeydew melon with a lingering clean finish.
A typical late picked slightly botrytis cool climate wine. Will cellar well for many years.
