With the opening of Flyfaire's Cellar Door and Café next month, we are excited to announce our brand new vintage for 2012 complete with a full makeover of our bottle presentation which will be available June 2013.
We hope you enjoy our brand new look and will enjoy even more our 2012 range of wines which will include a beautifully crafted Chardonnay and Riesling.
About the 2012 Vintage:
Chardonnay 2012: Held on lees for 12 months to enhance complexity and structure. Features esters of tropical fruit aromas, excellent mid pallet structure of honey dew melon, a hint of sweetness with a crisp lingering finish.
Riesling 2012: A prolonged cool fermentation formed this typical example of our signature wine. Bright and crisp with fruit driven esters of lime and apple.
The winemaker is very excited with the results given that this was a small vintage which will have limited availability, but focuses on a high quality standard for our customers to enjoy.
