Nana Works the Screw-Capper

8th of March, 2013: This week, our Nana, was taking over as our new Quality Control Manager.  Flyfaire was in the middle of bottling our 2012 vintages and Nana insisted on being involved.

It was during the middle of when our winemaker was busily bottling the Riesling and Chardonnay, including testing our brand new "screw-capper", that Nana insisted on taking over as the new Quality Control Manager.

Guess there is no arguing with Nana.  Someone should tell her though that she should wear a hard-hat; it will give her more authority we think!

About on the Road with Nana

You may have seen our Nana, June Cox, on Facebook whipping up a fabulous cake or in the vineyard picking the latest vintage.  At the age of 88, this is no mean feat.

o, in appreciation for all of her help, we thought we would do a mini blog of what Nana is up to in the vineyard on a regular basis.
