Bill McDonald, a local farmer from Mullengandra and patron of Flyfaire Wines, recently went to Vietnam to raise money for a local charity called Only Rice Is Not Enough. Bill and other Albury Rotarians travelled together for the charity event.

Bill and the local Rotarians were asked to bring items of interest from their local community to auction in Vietnam and help raise funds for the charity. Flyfaire donated a bottle of our Riesling for the event which was subsequently auctioned for USD$50 following the story of Flyfaire being told at the auction.
