Flyfaire Wines accepts reservations either by phone (02) 6020 5264, through our website Reservation page or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure to provide the following information: Your Name, Phone Number, Date Requested and the Number of Guests in Your Party. You will be provided an email confirmation of your reservation.
Group reservations are categorised as being 10 people or more. A group reservation requires a deposit made by credit card of $200 and must be paid within one week of your reservation. Our ability to increase the number of diners in a party requires 48 hours’ notice.
We will confirm your reservation the day before your booking.
Functions are categorised as being 25 people or more. A function reservation requires a deposit made by credit card of 50% of the total amount budgeted to be spent and must be paid within one month of your reservation. Our ability to increase the number of diners in a party requires three days’ notice.
We will confirm your reservation the week before and the day before your booking.
Reservation Timing & Cancellation Policy
If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party. Again, due to our business being a small family run business, no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we need require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for large party reservations and for functions, one week in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Deposits can be used towards future events for cancelled events if appropriate notice is given. This excludes events such as weddings which will have a separate contract detailing the policies.
Other Important Policies
We do not allow guests to bring in their own food, wine or beer, except for birthday cakes (however please note that there is a $2 per guest surcharge). Our liquor license only allows us to sell our own wine and beer. We have a full range of our own premium wines and we source quality craft beers to ensure everyone has great choices.
Guests with food allergies should inform us at the time of confirming your reservation to ensure we can arrange to have your guests’ dietary needs met.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Flyfaire Wines supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. We promote the following to ensure the responsible service of alcohol:
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that their guests behave and consume alcohol in a responsible manner.
- All guests under the age of 18 years old are prohibited from consuming alcohol.
- Flyfaire Wines reserves the right to request proof of identification before serving alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Flyfaire Wines reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcohol to guests who appear intoxicated.
- Flyfaire Wines reserves the right to ask intoxicated and/or disorderly guests to vacate the premises at any time.
- Flyfaire Wines reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they bring their own alcohol onto the premises.
- No refunds will be made for guests that are refused service or asked to vacate the premises because of intoxication or disorderly behaviour.
- All drink packages are limited to one drink served per person in the final fifteen minutes.
Flyfaire Wines has outside areas that can accommodate marquees for larger functions. Please contact us to discuss your options for your function.
Smoking is only permitted by NSW law in the designated smoking area in the car park. Guests are requested to extinguish their buts in the "Butt Container" located on the car park fence to prevent any fire danger to the property.
We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, American Express, Diners Club, JCB or EFTPOS. All prices, expenses and charges are inclusive of GST. We do not do split bills for large parties or functions.
Weddings are not covered by this policy. For those with wedding reservations, please refer to your individual contract or contact us to discuss.
Injury or other damage to person(s)
Flyfaire Wines has public liability insurance to protect it against third party claims for bodily injury and property damage arising out of its negligence. However, the policy does not cover the liability of any other party. Therefore, the guest is responsible for any damage or injury caused by any person acting under the guests’ direction or control at Flyfaire Wines.
