If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable or void either in whole or in part for any reason than that provision (or part) is deemed to be deleted without in any way affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this document. The laws of NSW govern this Contract.

Liqour Licence Notice

WARNING - NSW Liquor Act 2007: ‘No Alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. It’s against the law.’  

If alcohol is delivered to a person under 18 years of age, an on-the-spot penalty of $1,100 or a court fine of up to $11,000 and/or 12 months imprisonment can apply to both the licensee and any person who delivered the alcohol on the licensee’s behalf.
