Merlot Infused Chocolate-Chip Cookies (Biscuits)
Ingredients:
125g soft butter
65g brown sugar
45g castor sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon Flyfaire Merlot Rouge (or any Merlot Wine you have laying around)
195g self-raising flour
125g dark chocolate chips
45g cocoa powder
Method:
Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat the egg and Flyfaire Merlot Rouge (or Merlot wine) together, add to batter.
Sift the flour, Merlot flour and cocoa powder together and add to batter.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Take teaspoons full of mixture and place on baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook for 10-15 mins in 160C oven.
Delicious eaten with a glass of Flyfaire Merlot Rouge or your favourite Merlot.
