Vintage Information

The grapes, at picking, had deep purple loose bunches and immediately displayed the trademark peppery flavour found in our Merlot.  Upon crushing the grapes, perfumes of young plum and tobacco notes exuded from the crush. 

This Merlot should develop rich, luminous and smooth rounded textures over the next few years when placed on oak. 

Serve With

Aussie lamb, with a paprika wine marinade, grilled BBQ capsicums and a freshly tossed garden salad.
