Our newest organic and local supplier is Nord Bakery, situated at 499 Ebden St, in South Albury (approximately 50kms from Flyfaire). Nord Bakery bakes authentic European bread using organic flour, filtered water and real butter!

We're currently featuring the Light Sourdough, the Swedish Rye, the Olive and Oregano Sourdough, or enjoy Flyfaire's Locheilan Farmhouse Cheese Platter featuring Nord Bakery's Fruit Bread. 

Nord Bakery's bread constantly changes with new ingredients being featured all the time. We even supplied them with Rosemary from Flyfaire's garden for them to use in one of their breads - olive and rosemary bread. We'll featuring that again soon.

Flyfaire Wines is located in the Woomargama National Park and we are close to the regional centres of Holbrook, Albury/Wodonga, Canberra, and Wagga Wagga. We produce quality cool climate wines and provide a premium cellar door experience.
